David Zruia CEO
As a CEO David is responsible to ensure that the group, through its subsidiaries, is meeting its strategic goals. David joined the company in 2010. He holds a B.Sc in industrial engineering and management from the Technion.
Elad Even - Chen CFO
Responsible for managing the Group’s finance departments as well as the financial aspects of Plus500’s company strategy and global business development projects. Elad holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, a LL.B Degree from the College of Management and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
Nir Zatz CMO
Responsible for the Group’s marketing activities. He is focused on delivering targeted marketing initiatives, particularly online, via the Group’s affiliates program and sport sponsorships. He has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management and MBA, both from the Technion.
Al Yaros CTO
Al Yaros is the Chief Technology Officer at Plus500.
In 2015, Al joined Plus500 as a Data Scientist and ML Engineer.
In 2018, Al was selected to lead the trading system architecture as Chief Architect.
Prior to joining Plus500, Al held various engineering positions at VMware, Panaya, HP, and
McKesson.
Al is also a valued contributor and a public speaker in the software engineering and data
science
communities in Israel.
Al holds a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel and is also a
reserve
officer in the Israeli intelligence unit 8200.
Alon Cohen Naznin COO
Responsible for managing the Group’s global Operations as well as acting as the CEO of the
Bulgarian
subsidiary.
Alon has B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Technion.
Dani Magner Chief Product & Risk Officer
Manages the Product & Risk departments, owns the product development roadmap and leads trading risk optimization. Dani holds the rank of Major (res.) in Israel's Defense Intelligence, has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Technion, as well as A Master of Advanced Management from Yale University.
Yevgeni Shtuckmeyster Chief Regulation Officer
Responsible for managing the group's compliance, through its subsidiaries, regulatory obligations and its implementation throughout the various working processes while meeting the group's business goals. Yevgeni holds a B.A in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University and MRE Degree from the Technion.
Eden Dahan VP HR
Responsible for all people-related processes: engagement, employer branding, attracting talent, leadership and people development, compensation and benefits. Eden holds a B.A. in Human Resources & Sociology and M.A. in Organization Development from Haifa University. a Group Facilitation & Coaching Psychology Diploma from Tel Aviv University.
Or Rotem VP R&D
Managing the R&D Division. Joined the company in 2014 & since then held various engineering & management positions in the R&D division, untill appointed to VP R&D at 2020. Prior to joining Plus500, Or spent 10 years at Intel & gained vast experience in SW engineering & management. Or holds a B.Sc in Information Systems Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Shiran Shuster Tzur VP Product
Responsible for managing the product management team and its processes. Before joining Plus500 in 2018, Shiran served as an officer in the Israeli intelligence unit 8200 and worked at Rafael Advanced Defence Systems and Mellanox Technologies. Shiran holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
